Lab of Imaging and Systems Metabolism
Metabolism supports life with hundreds of interconnected biochemical reactions. The operation of the metabolic network could be highly diverse and plastic to meet the specific demand of different cell types. We aim to develop tools for profiling metabolic activity across scales, to discover the metabolic programs used by different cell types, and to understand how metabolism is controlled across environmental contexts.
Come Join Us!
We welcome graduate students from a variety of backgrounds including bioengineering, chemistry, biochemistry and biophysics, metabolism, computational biology, and related fields. We are looking for postdoc with training in metabolism, cancer or immunology. Email Yihui if you are interested in joining!
We aim to build an inclusive environment to support our trainees. We encourage students from underrepresented groups to apply to our BE graduate program. We also welcome students from other graduate programs. Don’t hesitate to talk to us if interested!
